Castles

We are within easy reach of a number of impressive and historic castles. Crathes, Balmoral, Braemar and Dunnottar castles all make a great day trip.

Whisky

Our local distillery is Royal Lochnagar, located on the Balmoral Estate. Guided tours are available. Find out more here.

Golf

Aboyne, Banchory and Inchmarlo are our closest courses, though there are many places to play within easy reach.

Art

Our Farm Shop showcases many local artists, whose work is available for sale. Slightly further afield, the McEwan, Lost and Butterworth galleries are all recommended.
