Each property is thoughtfully restored and fully equipped, with access to scenic trails, wildlife watching, and nearby attractions like Balmoral Castle and the Cairngorms National Park. Guests can also enjoy local produce and homemade treats at our on-site farm shop and tearoom.

Deer Park Cottage
A spacious hideaway sleeping up to six, ideal for families or groups. Deer Park Cottage was latterly a gamekeeper’s house before conversion to holiday accommodation. It is secluded away on the edge of a mixed hardwood and coniferous wood planted in the Victorian era.

The Kennels
A cosy cottage with countryside views for up to four guests. The Kennels were built using restored parts of an old granite dog kennel with modernised, timber-clad extensions. It is set above open fields with spectacular views out to Peter Hill and Clachnaben, the “Devil’s Bite”.

Tillyfruskie Farm Cabin
A romantic, rustic cabin for two, perfect for couples. Intuitive Scandi style rustic-luxe Agritourism Cabin down on the farm, sympathetically and eco-friendly designed to merge into the landscape, allowing the wonders of nature to be showcased with 360° views.
